Traditional Music
The Mohoree Phirum Ensemble will perform live on stage between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The Mohoree music is one of the types of Khmer traditional music. The theme of the Mohoree is smooth, relaxing, happy tune, usually an admiration of nature, a confession of love, the teasing between men and women, or a livelihood of Cambodian peasants in rural villages. The instruments used in Mohoree music consist of, fiddle, dulcimer, Takhe, Roneat Thom, Roneat Tauch, Khmer Banjo, flute and hand drum.
